United Payments was established in 2004 with the intention of providing affordable merchant processing to small and medium sized business throughout Australia and New Zealand. To allow them to accept credit cards their businesses without the usual hassle of dealing with banks and gateways etc. We have done this successfully for in excess of 10 years, we offer easy to understand plans with no monthly minimums or any hidden fees. We have always been and will continue to be upfront with our customers and endeavor to assist them in any way we can.
Since our inception we have endeavored to aide our customers by implementing additional payment acceptance channels to allow our customers to accept credit cards for their business. Unlike many providers we do not charge varying rates depending on “how” the transaction is processed. So whether a transaction is processed via virtual terminal, IVR, Mobile, Linked or on the customers Hosted Payment page the price remains the same.
In over 10 years we have assisted in excess of 8000 businesses process transactions for their businesses. In many cases these businesses had been refused by the banks or they were simply too small to warrant any attention from the banks, often receiving exorbitant rates when applying for merchant processing.
